- 1 cup Mayonnaise (250g)
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, crushed garlic and salt to a mixing bowl.
Whisk together until well mixed.
Taste test and add more sriracha if you want it extra spicy.
- Mayonnaise - should ideally be full fat, creamy mayonnaise. For a vegan option, you can use vegan mayonnaise.
- Sriracha sauce - is pretty spicy, so we only use 2 tablespoons in this recipe for a mildly spicy, creamy aioli. If you like it super spicy, feel free to add more sriracha sauce.
