Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (250g)
  • 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, crushed garlic and salt to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together until well mixed.
  • Taste test and add more sriracha if you want it extra spicy.

Notes

  1. Mayonnaise - should ideally be full fat, creamy mayonnaise. For a vegan option, you can use vegan mayonnaise.
  2. Sriracha sauce - is pretty spicy, so we only use 2 tablespoons in this recipe for a mildly spicy, creamy aioli. If you like it super spicy, feel free to add more sriracha sauce.
  3. Make ahead: It makes a great make ahead option because the flavors get even better the next day.
  4. Storing: Keep it stored in the fridge in an airtight container and enjoy within 1 week.
