- ½ cup Tahini (120g)
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice (60ml) Freshly Squeezed
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
- ⅓ cup Water (80ml)
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Cilantro
- ¼ cup Parsley
Add tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, water, salt, ground black pepper, cilantro and parsley to the food processor.
Process until smooth.
Serve immediately or store in the fridge until needed.
- Tahini - the base of this sauce is tahini, so it's ideal to use a high quality, good tasting tahini. We like Soom brand which is available on Amazon.
- Lemon juice - freshly squeezed lemon juice creates the best flavor in this dressing.
- Storing: Keep it stored in the fridge and enjoy within around 5 days. It makes a great make ahead option as it stores really well and the flavors get even better after a little time chilling in the fridge.
