  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice (60ml) Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • cup Water (80ml)
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Cilantro
  • ¼ cup Parsley

Instructions

  • Add tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, water, salt, ground black pepper, cilantro and parsley to the food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or store in the fridge until needed.

Notes

  1. Tahini - the base of this sauce is tahini, so it's ideal to use a high quality, good tasting tahini. We like Soom brand which is available on Amazon.
  2. Lemon juice - freshly squeezed lemon juice creates the best flavor in this dressing.
  3. Storing: Keep it stored in the fridge and enjoy within around 5 days. It makes a great make ahead option as it stores really well and the flavors get even better after a little time chilling in the fridge.
