Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 and ½ tsp Ground Allspice
  • 1 and ½ tsp Ground Cloves

Instructions

  • Add ground cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and cloves to a bowl and mix together.
  • Transfer to a jar or container to store.
  • Alternatively you can add all the spices to a jar, put on the lid and shake it up to combine all the spices.

Notes

  1. This recipe makes a little more than 5 Tablespoons of pumpkin pie spice. 
  2. Store your spice in a sealed container or jar and use whenever it's needed. It will keep well for up to 2 years.
