  • Add all the ingredients to the blender jug and blend until smooth.
  • Serve over any salad or a vegetarian caesar salad. Or serve it as a dip for raw veggies or chips.

Notes

  1. Simple Vegetarian Caesar Salad: The simple vegetarian caesar salad you see in the photos consists of 5 cups romaine lettuce (chopped), 1 cup parsley (chopped), 3 cups croutons and 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan. Toss together, drizzle the dressing over the top and and serve!
  2. Storing and Freezing: Keep leftover dressing stored in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days. It's not ideal for freezing.
