Ingredients

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Prepared Horseradish
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Add mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, crushed garlic, lemon juice, dijon mustard, garlic powder and salt to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix or whisk to combine.
  • Serve topped with a sprinkle of fresh chopped parsley (optional).

Notes

  1. Prepared horseradish - we used jarred horseradish for this recipe. It's called 'prepared horseradish' and it consists of grated horseradish with vinegar and salt. If you have fresh horseradish root and want to prepare it yourself then you can do so, just bear in mind it will be stronger than jarred horseradish, so you may want to use less of it.
  2. Storing: Keep your aioli stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. It's not suitable for freezing.
