Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (250g)
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill Chopped*
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Place the freshly squeezed lemon juice into a bowl or measuring jug and then add the crushed garlic cloves and let the garlic soak in the lemon juice for a couple of minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  • Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, fresh chopped dill, salt, lemon juice and crushed garlic to a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together until well combined. Serve right away or refrigerate until you're ready to serve.
  • Serve topped with a sprinkle of fresh dill.

Notes

  1. Mayonnaise - should be a full fat, rich, creamy mayonnaise for the best results.
  2. Fresh dill - if you can't get hold of fresh dill then you can use 2 teaspoons of dried dill instead.
  3. Make ahead: The flavors really develop and get even better the next day. So feel free to make it the day before you need it.
  4. Storing: Leftovers will store in the fridge in a covered container for up to 1 week.
