    This lemon herb tahini sauce is fresh and delicious and loaded with fresh zesty flavors. It makes a perfect sauce or dressing and it’s ready in 5 minutes or less!

    Fresh parsley, cilantro, lemon and garlic complement the creamy, nutty flavor of the tahini to perfection. It makes an ideal dressing, sauce or dip and it’s the easiest thing to make.

    • Tahini – the base of this sauce is tahini, so it’s ideal to use a high quality, good tasting tahini. We like Soom brand which is available on Amazon.
    • Lemon juice – freshly squeezed lemon juice creates the best flavor in this dressing.

    How To Make Lemon Herb Tahini – Step By Step

    • Add tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, water, salt, ground black pepper, cilantro and parsley to the food processor.

    Serving Suggestions

    This lemon herb tahini makes a perfect sauce or dressing for salads, roasted veggies, buddha bowls and more. It easily turns a simple bowl of salad greens into a gourmet meal and will jazz up the simplest bowl of rice and veggies.

    Or use it as a dip for pita breads! It’s so delicious you’ll just be looking for things to dip in it.

    Storing Instructions

    Keep it stored in the fridge and enjoy within around 5 days. It makes a great make ahead option as it stores really well and the flavors get even better after a little time chilling in the fridge.

    • ½ cup Tahini (120g)
    • ¼ cup Lemon Juice (60ml) Freshly Squeezed
    • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
    • 1 Tablespoon Toasted Sesame Oil
    • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
    • ⅓ cup Water (80ml)
    • ½ teaspoon Salt
    • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
    • ¼ cup Cilantro
    • ¼ cup Parsley

    Instructions

    • Add tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, toasted sesame oil, crushed garlic, water, salt, ground black pepper, cilantro and parsley to the food processor.
    • Process until smooth.
    • Serve immediately or store in the fridge until needed.
