This is hands down the best vegetarian caesar dressing ever! It’s creamy, rich, loaded with flavor and the best thing ever on a caesar salad, or any salad. Ready in 5 minutes!

This vegetarian caesar dressing is something to get excited about. It will liven up ANY salad but is simply divine on a simple vegetarian caesar salad.

It’s also so delicious that you will likely also just want to eat it off the spoon! Seriously. Or get out the chips and use it as a dip.

It’s so creamy, cheesy and flavorful that you will just fall in love with it. It’s also so easy to make and you can whip up a batch within 5 minutes. So there’s a lot to love about this recipe.

Of course if you love this caesar dressing then our homemade tartar sauce, homemade ranch dressing and buffalo ranch dressing will also be right up your street.

What You’ll Need To Make It:

    Ingredient Notes

    • White vinegar – this should be distilled white vinegar. It does amazing things to the flavor of this dressing so I don’t recommend substituting it.
    • Capers – this is our vegetarian alternative to the anchovies usually used in a caesar dressing. They seriously bring it with the flavor in this dressing.
    • Lemon juice – should be freshly squeezed.
    • Soy sauce – can be switched for tamari.
    • Parmesan cheese – should be freshly grated high quality parmesan cheese for the best flavor and texture results.

Keep leftover dressing stored in a container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

    Can you freeze it?

    It’s not ideal for freezing.
