What You’ll Need To Make It:

Ingredient Notes
- White vinegar – this should be distilled white vinegar. It does amazing things to the flavor of this dressing so I don’t recommend substituting it.
- Capers – this is our vegetarian alternative to the anchovies usually used in a caesar dressing. They seriously bring it with the flavor in this dressing.
- Lemon juice – should be freshly squeezed.
- Soy sauce – can be switched for tamari.
- Parmesan cheese – should be freshly grated high quality parmesan cheese for the best flavor and texture results.
