    Ingredient Notes

    • Mayonnaise – full fat, creamy mayonnaise is the base of this aioli. For a vegan option, you can use vegan mayonnaise.
    • Sriracha sauce – is pretty spicy, so we only use 2 tablespoons in this recipe for a mildly spicy, creamy aioli. If you like it super spicy, feel free to add more sriracha sauce.
    • Lime juice – should be freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
    • Garlic – we use two cloves of fresh garlic, crushed.
    • Salt – just ¼ teaspoon of salt rounds out this dish, but you’re welcome to omit it if you prefer.

    Serving Suggestions

Spread it on sandwiches or wraps, on top of your burgers, use it as a salad dressing, as a dip for chips, French fries, veggies or fried foods. It’s also great on baked potatoes.

It’s pretty much divine however you serve it. It makes a wonderful side dish for any occasion.
