- Mayonnaise – full fat, creamy mayonnaise is the base of this aioli. For a vegan option, you can use vegan mayonnaise.
- Sriracha sauce – is pretty spicy, so we only use 2 tablespoons in this recipe for a mildly spicy, creamy aioli. If you like it super spicy, feel free to add more sriracha sauce.
- Lime juice – should be freshly squeezed for the best flavor.
- Garlic – we use two cloves of fresh garlic, crushed.
- Salt – just ¼ teaspoon of salt rounds out this dish, but you’re welcome to omit it if you prefer.

- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 2 Cloves Garlic Crushed
