This haydari recipe is made with thick Greek yogurt, feta cheese and fresh herbs for a rich, creamy and ultra delicious dip or sauce.
Haydari is a Turkish yogurt dip usually served as part of a Turkish meze platter. It’s fantastic served with pita breads and can be served as a dip or a sauce.
It’s a wonderfully fresh tasting recipe with the addition of fresh mint leaves and fresh dill. It reminds me of tzatziki which is a firm favorite.
It’s extremely easy to make and can be ready in 10 minutes or less. So, let’s get started!
